Source provides AI context infrastructure that enables organizations to centralize brand guidelines, tone of voice rules, compliance requirements, and product positioning into a structured context layer accessible by AI agents. The Service includes brand scoring, quality assurance, integrations, and related features.
To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; (e) resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Source or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited license to use it as described herein.
You retain ownership of brand materials, documents, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SOURCE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
